Automatic Liquid Bottle Filling Machine

Automatic liquid filling machine is a pneumatic type filling machine, it through the cylinder's movement of forward and backward to make the piston which is located in the cylinder do reciprocating movement.
This automatic filling machine is mainly use in filling low viscosity or liquid products, like lotion, liquid laundry detergent, fabric softener, shampoo, hand wash liquid soap, bath shower, dish washing liquid, etc.
Filling volume from 100ml to 5000ml is optional. Filling nozzles can be customized with 4 heads, 6 heads, 8 heads, 10 heads and 12 heads.

This machine is widely used in daily chemical, cosmetic, food and other industries, suitable for filling high viscosity materials, shampoo, conditioner, hand cream, dishwashing liquid, etc.
The filling method can be customized according to the customer's different materials. If the customer's material is low viscosity material, it is recommended to use gravity flow filling machine. If the customer's material is high viscosity material, it is recommended to use piston filling machine.

1. Filling nozzles raise up after finished filling. This would be the standard design as most of customers do.
2. Special filling nozzles design for filling those liquid detergent with foam type products: Nozzles raising up when filling but not waiting to raise till finished filling to speed up filling and perfectly avoid more extra foam
