Advantage
1.The machine has triple blender,hydraulic lift cover,high-speed
homogenizer(speed is 0-3600r/min,frequency speed regulation)and
low-speed scraper blender(speed is 0-63r/min,frequency speed
regulation).Fast-cutting vortex emulsification blender is used in
the homogeneity part,which can scrape in a low speed and
automatically blend and snuggle up to the bottom and wall of
boiler.
2.The machine draws powder material by the way of vacuum in order
to prevent the powder flying.The whole working procedure is
operated the condition of vacuum in order to prevent the material
coming int being bubble after high-speed blending and reach the
request of sanitation and asepsis.The material is made completely
according to the GMP request.
3.The mirror polishing is 400mu and fully adapt to GMP
requirements;
4.The pot is made of three layers stainless steel,outer layer and
jacket is made of sus304,and inner layer is made of sus316L.
Use
it is suitable for production of ointment and cream products in
cosmetic and pharmaceutical plants.The emulsifying effect is more
prominent for materials of high base viscosity and high solid
content.
